Frequently asked

How does Jigger count a day?

A drinking day runs from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next morning, so a drink at 1 a.m. still counts towards the night before rather than starting a new day.

How is the amount of alcohol worked out?

From the volume of the drink and its strength. The App converts everything to pure alcohol in grams, which is why beer, wine, sake and spirits can be compared on the same scale.

What does Jigger Pro include?

Recording, editing and deleting drinks is free and has no limit.

How do I manage or cancel the subscription?

Open Settings → Jigger Pro → Manage Subscription in the App, or go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the period you have paid for.

I subscribed but the App still says Not Subscribed

Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then open the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases. If the device has been offline, opening the App once with a connection is usually enough.

Health app sync is not working

Health sync needs a subscription and permission. Open Settings → Set Up Health Sync in the App to grant permission. If you refused earlier, permission has to be granted in the Health app under Profile → Privacy → Apps → Jigger.
