Vinory is a wine tasting note app for iPhone and iPad, developed by giginet. This page is where to go if something isn't working, or if you have a question the App doesn't answer.

Write in English or Japanese. Please include your device model, iOS version, and the app version shown at the bottom of the Settings screen — it makes a bug far quicker to track down.
The label reading runs on Apple Intelligence. It needs a device that supports it, running a compatible version of iOS, with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri. If the card says a device that supports Apple Intelligence is required, that device cannot run the feature. If it points you at Settings, turning the feature on there is enough.
Every field read from a photo is shown for you to accept or reject before it reaches the note, and you can edit any of it afterwards. Photographing the back label as well as the front usually improves the result, since the importer's label carries the appellation and vintage in plain text.
Syncing goes through your own iCloud account. Check that both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account and that iCloud Drive is enabled. Sync status is shown in the App's Settings screen. A note can take a moment to appear on the other device — CloudKit pushes changes when the network allows.
The first ten notes are free. Saving more requires Vinory Premium, available as a monthly or a yearly subscription. Existing notes are never deleted or locked if a subscription lapses; you simply cannot add new ones beyond ten until it is renewed.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device to change a plan or turn off auto-renewal. Refund requests also go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Open the Premium screen in the App and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the Apple Account that made the original purchase.
Delete notes individually in the App, or delete the App to remove its local storage. To remove synced data from iCloud, go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage and delete the Vinory data. We hold no copy of anything you record.
